SA…T/K 5-50
SA...T/K self-lubricating assembled rod end joint bearings are assembled from the rod end body and the self-lubricating radial joint bearing GE...C. The rod end body is made of stainless steel and does not require lubrication.
SA…T/K -50℃ to +150℃
They have external threads on their shanks, which allow them to be screwed into components with corresponding internal threads, making them very easy to install. The interior of the bearings is equipped with self-lubricating linings or materials such as polytetrafluoroethylene, requiring no regular maintenance.
The design of rod ends allows for greater freedom of movement in mechanical systems and can accommodate multi-axis motion, making them more flexible. BLH bearings can be custom manufactured for these applications.
For high-temperature operating environments, rose spherical spherical bearings are made of high-temperature-resistant materials to ensure performance and longevity.
For humid or corrosive environments, rod ends are designed with an anti-corrosion coating to extend service life.
Heavy-duty tie rods are used in vehicle suspension systems to connect suspension components and enhance steering flexibility. Through this flexible connection, spherical rod ends help mitigate the impact of uneven road surfaces on the suspension system, improving driving comfort.
